I went to a showing at 1639 s 374th, and even though I decided to not move forward, the process from first calling, to setting up the appoitment, to getting questions answered at the property was seamless. We've been with Haven for approximately 3 years now. Starting off with one property and have subsequently added others every year. Our experience simply put, has been outstanding. Initially Armando was our contact, now Tyler is handling some of our properties and he is also extremely professional and has been a pleasure to deal with. I could go on about Haven's services and how they literally make everything easy and stress free. They have been providing us with updates to changes during covid-19 and Tyler has been working hard to ensure payments are made on time or a plan is in place with our tenants. Best rental agency I’ve had by far! All maintenance requests are answered and fixed in a timely fashion with urgency. They had our windows, garage door, and dishwasher replaced very fast when asking. They even had our yard landscaped 2 years in after it had grown out of control while we were gone. Never have I had such an incredible company to work with!
