He moved through the application and move in process quickly and it was very easy! He has continued to check up and make sure everything is good with the house. Dmitry is the best! For the very reasonable fee he charges, i never expected this high quality service. From the first time he came to my house, i could tell he know his stuff, he had done his homework, knew my area, schools, rental rates etc. He got my home rented out quickly and without me having to do anything. He is reachable pretty much 24x7, he always replies right away to emails or text and any repairs get scheduled right away. He's also a nice guy and i always enjoy talking to him and learning from his experienced. Couldn't ask for more!

100% Pros here. BBB A+ for good reason. Haven Title worked extra hard to allow me to remotely close on my SCC home in a very timely manner, despite a preoccupied Seller's agent. Haven Title LLC should be every buyer's/seller's first choice.
