We use their property management service to manage our property in another state. Haven put our property on the market at a very saturated time and had it rented with in 4 days! I have worked with Haven Property Management for two years, first with Armando, and then with Tyler who took care of our rental house in Kent. Both were highly professional and responsive.
After the previous tenants moved out, Tyler sent me a video of the entire property which helped us decide what work needed to be done to get the house back in shape. Tyler hired people to haul away the leftover stuff, and cleaning crew and yard workers as needed, and we had it rented after one month. I recommend Tyler highly for his work as a property manager.

Michael and Dmitry were great to work with. They were proactive and very helpful. Dmitry worked around my work schedule and helped with move in process.

Michael was the property manager and was always quick to respond to requests. He was also great with assistance during the move out process and coordinating with us and the land lord.

Haven is by far the best property management company and that's coming from me as a tenant as most reviews come from owners.

They are consistently professional and respectful of us as tenants. The use of AppFolio makes everything so easy to coordinate whether work orders or lease signing or payments.

I am also a owner for a property in Minneapolis and wished they also operated there! We would hire in a heartbeat. We had some really bad management in the past and wished Haven was there to save us! :-)

They might charge more for their services but from a tenants perspective we absolutely love Haven. For owners who actually care about having a property management company that respects the tenants and owners interests, Haven is the clear pick. When in doubt pick Haven!

I can’t say enough about how thankful I am to have worked with the property manager Matt Durden at Haven Property. One of the standout qualities that impressed me was his genuine consideration for the HOA rules and protocols when renting out my unit. Unlike other property managers I interviewed, Matt was careful to ensure everything was done in line with the HOA’s guidelines, and he worked seamlessly with them.

I had some challenging experiences with other property managers who were dismissive about working with the HOA, and even told me that if it became too difficult, they would simply stop working with me. Matt, on the other hand, was committed to finding solutions and working alongside me, not just managing things on his own.

Another thing I really appreciated was how Matt gave me the flexibility to be as hands-on or hands-off as I wanted throughout the process. Other property managers I considered made me feel like I had no say in any of the decisions. They were more interested in taking over and handling everything, but without fully considering how their actions would impact me financially.
