The service I received from Haven Property is exceptional, I use them to rent out our property and they were able to find us tenant quite quickly. They are very responsive, efficient and always keep me informed on anything needs to be fixed or resolve at the house. I didn't have to worry about much as they always follow up quickly. Property Management. James has been our manager for the past three years. He has been responsive, helpful, and quick to address issues. I have heard so many nightmares about renting a house, but if there was any sign of trouble or concern at all, James was quick to address it... allowing us to rent our home with knowledge of what was happening, but with the assurance that it was being handled. And let me just say that there were a few times that James went WAY above and beyond even my expectations! There was a spot that needed to be painted with a quick turn around and all of his usual vendors were busy... so he did it himself since we had extra paint. Not something I expected, but so fantastic! And, the one or two times I disagreed with how the company as a whole addressed a particular issue, he was quick to step in and make the necessary adjustments. I have to say, I have been pleased with the whole experience, the company, and James.

Update: James Hernandez is your guy. He wants to make things right and is very reasonable. If you run into any trouble, reach out to him.

From a tenant’s perspective, our move out process was awful. They mailed the security deposit back to the residence in which they knew we were no longer renting from. Their portal asks for a new move out address but the staff claim it doesn’t capture that. When we asked, why they didn’t call us, they became defensive and said they did but left no voicemails.

When the Haven team wanted something from us, it was nonstop texts, calls and emails to the tenants; often different staff asking the same questions repeatedly. I’m disappointed we were not given the same level of responsiveness to our inquiries.

We rented one of Haven Property Management's properties in Fife. From beginning to end, they were great to work with. Whenever we needed something repaired, Haven was all over it and got it taken care of. The online portal was very convenient. We were able to make rent payments, service requests, view our lease, etc. all online. The rental amount was very reasonable and actually below Zillow's Rent Zestimate. When we moved out, our deposit was refunded very quickly and there were no surprises.

If you are a homeowner looking for a management company to handle your rental, I would recommend Haven Property Management. If you are a tenant and you have a chance to rent a property from Haven, I would not hesitate.

We rented a property through Haven for several years while we were living out of state. Dustin and the team were wonderful to work with from start to finish, they coordinated and communicated any maintenance and similar issues as they came up and at reasonable cost. If we rent property out or are looking to rent in the area in the future, Haven will be the first company I call!
