When the property I was renting was quickly transferred over to Haven Property Management a few years ago, Tyler made the whole process super smooth. He handled everything with care and made the transition smooth on my end. Since then, Tyler has always been great to work with—super responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed help with something, he’s been quick to respond and easy to communicate with. From start to finish, Armando and Carli of Haven displayed professionalism, responsiveness, sound advice, and true kindness and care in helping me get my condo rented out. They were always patient and responsive with my questions and did a thorough walkthrough of my condo with me to advise me on repairs and next steps. My rental lease conditions were unique so they gave me great advice on pricing and how to field the applicants coming through. We ended up renting out my place at a better price than I anticipated to a highly qualified renter, all within my tight timeframe.

In all, Haven stands out to me as an exceptional management company because they 1) truly care about the best interests of each of their clients 2) provide exceptional service and 3) provide the most comprehensive property management services that are truly unparalleled by any other company I've talked to. Great stay! The host was very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. The location was great, and the space itself was modern and beautifully decorated. There was plenty of room to relax, and the bed was huge and comfortable. It’s a quiet, peaceful area but still fairly close to the station. Would definitely stay here again!

If you are a renter like me there is no better company to lease with they are very accommodating, extremely respectful, always there for the people who lease with them, Tyler is a freaking rockstar in my book! I have been leasing a property from them for 4 years and I honestly don't have a single even slightly not good thing to say, and if the owner didnt surprise everyone that she was selling the property with no heads up i would never move, I am really bummed that I wasn't able to find a suitable new place from Haven, I feel bad for my new rental agency im leasing from has some serious big shoes to fill! If you are a property owner looking for a management company and you want to get renters who will stay for happliy for years, Haven is the only choice for you, they do 6 month inspections
and as a renter i like that because they make sure that everythings working right and ask if there is anything that seemed like it might have needed to be fixed or replaced and they really are looking out for both parties best interests!

First-rate, quality service! Haven has been the property mgmt company for a rental condo of mine for a little over a year now and so far, their service has been fantastic and their team is very communicative and pro-active! Prior to Haven, I used a property mgmt company that viewed itself as "trendy" and "innovative"...Well, not really unless one wants to consider never being able to get hold of a live person and constantly play phone or email tag and have to incessantly request they act on my behalf, in the interests of my property (what they were paid to do) as trendy and innovative. When it was time to renew the tenants lease, I said no, and decided that I'd be looking for a new property mgmt company even if it meant leaving my property vacant for several months. After interviewing several different property mgmt companies, I came across Haven and met with James. James was very knowledgeable on the rental market, sample lease contracts looked good, good reviews but what I liked the most was that he answered the phone just about every time I had a question and the times I did leave a msg, it was returned promptly. I informed James that I was most interested in finding a tenant that was a good fit for my property after the debacle of the past mgmt company. All in all, James and the Haven team found me an excellent, stable tenant quickly and one that cared for my property well and had no issues. The move in report, 6 month check in was all well documented, detailed, with pictures. Having Haven as my property mgmt company has given me true peace of mind! I no longer constantly worry about the property because I no longer have a property mgmt company that does not do their job well and makes excuses for poor service. If you are looking for quality service from an attentive, pro-active property management company, look to Haven!.
