Haven Property Management is the best rental agency we’ve ever had! When searching for a home to rent, we must have contacted dozens of rental agencies — and right away, this one stood out. Our property manager, Tyler, is incredible and makes us feel valued as renters. He is not only professional and kind, but he’s on top of everything and FAST at getting things done when we need maintenance or other support, big or small. He often responds to our questions within minutes, and he follows through. We’ve also had great experiences with other members of the team, including the maintenance staff, who responded immediately when we had weather-related water leaks in our basement. They helped to coordinate a prompt fix. What’s noteworthy about Haven Property Management is it’s evident they truly look out for the renters, in addition to the property owners. We are so glad we chose this rental company!

The assistance that I received during my rental process was very good. Property Manager Josiah Allen responded immediately to my application request and to my other inquiries. He gave me information about the application procession and was flexible with appointments if I needed to make a change.

I cannot say enough great things about the Haven Property Management team! Working with Tyler Brenneman and his team was a blessing in today’s rental market. Always kind and quick to handle any situation. They really value and put their tenants first, I’ve never had any issue that Haven didn’t go above and beyond to fix. Unfortunately, the owner later sold the property and Haven was no longer managing my unit. I noticed a decline in services and communication after the new owners took over management; I chose not to resign my lease because of this. I normally don’t write reviews but Haven really set the bar high so if you find a property you like and it’s managed by Haven, take it! You're in great hands!

Communication was excellent and we had a feeling we were in good hands from the get go. I cannot say enough positive things about Tyler and the rest of the team at Haven Property Management. Tyler worked relentlessly to respond to our emails, questions and provided spectacular customer service. Despite having a slightly lower credit score, Tyler was transparent, professional and extremely helpful in trying to get us into the condo of our dreams. He worked with us and the property owner to get us into this amazing condo at a very reasonable price. During the walkthrough he noticed the dishwasher and oven were a bit dirty- the dishwasher is being replaced and we are being credited for the oven cleaning! We could not be more excited to move in. I would highly recommend Haven Property Management- feels like a family run, LOCAL business that is connecting families with properties.

I found Haven PM from Yelp as they have 5 stars. It has been such a great experience working with Dmitry and Michael from day 1. They found a tenant for me even before my rental home was emptied. They are always on top of everything. They replied my emails and texts instantly. The vendors they use charges very reasonable price. Michael even went out himself to fix small things in the house, saved me a lot of money and tenant was happy about the quick turnover. They are the best PM I have ever had. If you have them managed your rental property, you would be worried free. I would give them 10 stars.
