We had a condo in the city and were debating between renting and selling. Because of their positive reviews, I contacted Haven and spoke with Dmitry about possibly managing our property. He walked me through all of the advantages and pitfalls of being a landlord in Seattle and patiently addressed all of my concerns.

What was amazing was that he really wanted us to make the best decision to suit our situation rather than quickly landing a new client. The information he provided ultimately showed us that being a landlord was not a good fit for us.

We had Lee as our Agent. He was the best and made everything possible for us. He kept in contact with us since Day 1. I mean 100%. We were losing hope. My family and I moved from Hawaii and we were having a difficult time with the last 2 places we applied. Bad communication and all. Having a roof over our babies was our main goal. We came across Havens Property Management online. We applied and we were blessed with Lee. He deserves recognition or a raise. We came to our viewing and fell in love with the place. Carli and Armando were enormously helpful in assisting us with advertising for, screening for and signing up new tenants for our condo.
