My experience with Haven Property Management has been amazing – they've totally changed my expectations for what good customer service looks like in this industry.

Right from the start, Dustin went above and beyond. When my first rental fell through, he didn't just throw a few random options at me. He took the time to find places that really fit what I was looking for. It was a level of personal attention I'd never seen before from a rental company.

And the communication? Top-notch. They answered all my questions quickly and actually seemed to care about any concerns I had. It was such a relief compared to the usual frustrating runaround you get with rentals.

They don't just forget about you once you sign the lease either. The whole team is super responsive whenever something needs fixing. I even got locked out of my place once after a late flight, and they had someone there to help in 30 minutes! That showed some serious dedication.

Even when I'm traveling, they always make sure to keep in touch. It's clear they really care about their tenants, and that's hard to find.

I'm posting this review on behalf of my mother: Tyler at Haven has been a miracle worker. We have been with Haven for a few years after a few miserable years with Windermere property management with ZERO communication and if we did it was always after the fact. Our last property managers at Haven were also great to work with however they didn't have all of the issues to help me through like Tyler has in the last 6 months. My renter of 7 years decided to move and Tyler met with me multiple times to help me with contractors and getting it ready for the new renters. That was quite the process but he was there step my step with great communication and contacts. 1 week before putting it on the market my water heater burst and the entire downstairs had to be remodeled once again and we had to start from scratch. It was exhausting especially because I'm a senior. However Tyler was calm and patient with me during the entire process. We finally got it rented (immediately after the work was completed) and I just wanted to say thank you to Tyler and Haven I couldn't have done it with you.

Did a tour for a des Moines condo this morning and it was a very refreshing experience. Scheduling tours & the application process in this industry has been very stressful. Thank you Tyler for being a genuine person & not just treating me like another person looking for a home. Im sure he deals with thousands of people but he makes you feel cared for. & thank you haven for having just processes. They do applications refunds, nobody does that!

Haven takes great care of their tenants, clients, and they are a phenomenal business partner to work with vendor-to-vendor. They provide detailed and prompt communication, and everyone in the office goes out of their way to be warm and welcoming. It's a great comfort to work with a local team of real people :)

This was my first time using Haven Property Management and they were great! We worked with Tyler, who was extremely responsive and thorough. Our property needed some work done before it was ready to rent so Tyler helped us locate contractors to interview. He made suggestions on improvements that would increase income, while being mindful of the costs. Overall, Tyler was pleasant and a great communicator.

In addition to Tyler, we got a whole team of experts, including a maintenance team, accounting team, and Nicole, Tyler’s assistant, who was also awesome to work with. They made this daunting rental process a breeze. You are in good hands with Tyler and Haven Property Management.

This was the first time house hunting was actually an enjoyable experience and I contribute that to the help from Haven. We worked with Richard; who was professional, friendly and treated us like a top priority. (Really, he went above and beyond!!) He understood exactly what we were looking for; lined up great places to check out and got the viewings perfectly coordinated. When it came to the application process; he was knowledgeable and proactively provided updates (rather then waiting for us to come to him with questions or asking about status, like I've experienced with a company in the past) He was so on top of it and sooo helpful!! I chose to rent my property with Haven after interviewing a LOT of property management firms. I’ve been working with Dmitry and I cannot be happier and at peace that my property is taken care of. They rented my place very fast. They post pictures of periodic walkthroughs which show that my property is taken care of. Their fee is reasonable, they are knowledgeable, reliable, very responsive and take care of everything for me, I have nothing to worry about. Dmitry always goes out of his way to accommodate and help me with my requests regarding the property or any other help I need. I have very high expectations for people who are managing my property, and I cannot recommend a better team. Your property will be in great hands.

I have worked with Richard on several rental properties trough the years. As always, he always makes sure to communicate with me and does the best he can to assure my properties are well taken care of.
I appreciate Richards integrity in his line of work which I assume has to do with him being a veteran! All around nice and calm guy who truly has his clients best interests.
