Carli and Armando were the easiest property managers to work with when we were trying to rent out our home. We had a limited amount of time to handle paperwork and get the ball rolling before we moved away but they were able to schedule a same week appointment and conduct almost everything digitally! Despite being the most reasonably priced property managers in our area, they found us a tenant in less than a week and are extremely professional and full-service property managers!

Tyler is a real gem. He kept in touch with me after a place that I realllly wanted became unavailable. He let me know each step of the way what was going on... and when the other people pulled-back, he swooped-in and made my dreams come true! My daughter and I are so happy in our little house. They have managed our two properties professionally and hassle-free for us for an extended period of time, and Dmitry and his staff are always pleasant to work with. UPDATED REVIEW (March 2019): I've been a client of Haven for almost three years now. Here are the things I love about Haven:

1) Simple, transparent fee structure: They don't nickle and dime you with all sorts of hidden fees. It's 2 fees, plain and simple. A monthly share of the rent and a move-in fee. That's it. We work with other property management groups that have all sorts of other fees (e.g. annual tax filing fee, tenant renewal fee, etc.). Thanks, Haven, for keeping it simple!

2) Payments are always on time: They remit rents to us pretty quickly compared to other property managers we use. They also keep their reporting very clean, which makes bookkeeping easier.

3) They try to save you money: Dmitry in particular is always looking for ways to keep repairs and maintenance costs low. This is a lot more than I can say for other property managers who just "push the paper". Tenant request comes in, call the sub, don't get bids, just approve whatever price they charge. It anyway gets passed through to the owner. This is not how Dmitry works. Thanks for giving us peace of mind that you have our best interests at heart!

EARLIER REVIEW (2016): We work with Dmitry who is the property manager who overseas Haven's portfolio of rental properties in the Seattle/Bellevue/Renton areas. Dmitry has by far exceeded our expectations for a property manager. A few facts that help prove just how much of a hustler Dmitry has been for us:

1) He moved our tenants into our rental 1 day before closing, which means we had negative vacancy. (Closing date got delayed by a day, and we weren't able to move the tenant's move-in date accordingly.)
2) All sorts of unexpected issues appeared at the property during the 1st month - water heater broke, shower handle broke, dryer stopped working, etc. It was a perfect storm, and Dmitry managed all the fixes in a timely manner. He negotiated with suppliers well, reducing our out of pocket costs for these repairs. And he kept our tenants from getting too upset by offering a small rental credit and by being just a responsive and generally quite affable guy.
3) Dmitry has provided valuable advice on other rental properties we've purchased. He knows the market well, and can help evaluate market rents, contractor bids, and more.

I cannot say enough great things about Haven Property Management. Dmitry and his group are probably the best property management group I have ever come across.
