I’ve had 5+ properties with Haven & Tyler has been my Property Manager for all of them. He is exceptional at communication and responds 7 days a week at all hours.

Had great experience with both the company and Tyler the PM. No issues with renting or work orders and has been an overall positive experience.

Did a tour for a des Moines condo this morning and it was a very refreshing experience. Scheduling tours & the application process in this industry has been very stressful. The processes & staff at haven has been refreshing. I went to a showing at 1639 s 374th, and even though I decided to not move forward, the process from first calling, to setting up the appoitment, to getting questions answered at the property was seamless. Tyler was very helpful, responsive even after-hours, and educational. He gave us tips on how to better our approval chances for other properties in the future.

My wife and I have been renting with Haven for 5 years and Tyler B has been our rep the entire time. Renting with Haven has been a good experience, whenever we have had small issues they have been resolved quickly. We are grateful we have had Tyler to rely on, he is very responsive, always returns phone calls and knows what levers need to be pulled in order to get us the help we need. When we had a cold snap a few years ago, Tyler drove out himself to help get insulation around the outside spigots in order to prevent freezing. He goes above and beyond when we need something and it’s that kind of service that keeps us with Haven.

We have been using Haven Property Management to manage our rental property in Des Moines for many years now. We have been very impressed with their company and especially enjoy working with Tyler. He is very good at communicating with us and with our tenant. We have no doubt our rental house is being properly managed. I cannot say enough great things about the Haven Property Management team! Working with Tyler Brenneman and his team was a blessing in today’s rental market. Always kind and quick to handle any situation. They really value and put their tenants first, I’ve never had any issue that Haven didn’t go above and beyond to fix. Unfortunately, the owner later sold the property and Haven was no longer managing my unit. I noticed a decline in services and communication after the new owners took over management; I chose not to resign my lease because of this. I normally don’t write reviews but Haven really set the bar high so if you find a property you like and it’s managed by Haven, take it! You're in great hands!

Tyler is an Awesome property manager. I have rented from Haven for going on 3 years and we have had a really good experience. We never want to move. He helped us find a pet friendly place that was affordable and convenient.

Haven Property Management is the best rental agency we’ve ever had! When searching for a home to rent, we must have contacted dozens of rental agencies — and right away, this one stood out. Our property manager, Tyler, is incredible and makes us feel valued as renters. He is not only professional and kind, but he’s on top of everything and FAST at getting things done when we need maintenance or other support, big or small. He often responds to our questions within minutes, and he follows through. We’ve also had great experiences with other members of the team, including the maintenance staff, who responded immediately when we had weather-related water leaks in our basement. They helped to coordinate a prompt fix. What’s noteworthy about Haven Property Management is it’s evident they truly look out for the renters, in addition to the property owners. This was my first time using Haven Property Management and they were great! We worked with Tyler, who was extremely responsive and thorough. Our property needed some work done before it was ready to rent so Tyler helped us locate contractors to interview. He made suggestions on improvements that would increase income, while being mindful of the costs. Overall, Tyler was pleasant and a great communicator. In addition to Tyler, we got a whole team of experts, including a maintenance team, accounting team, and Nicole, Tyler’s assistant, who was also awesome to work with. They made this daunting rental process a breeze. You are in good hands with Tyler and Haven Property Management.

If you are a renter like me there is no better company to lease with they are very accommodating, extremely respectful, always there for the people who lease with them, Tyler is a freaking rockstar in my book! I have been leasing a property from them for 4 years and I honestly don't have a single even slightly not good thing to say, and if the owner didnt surprise everyone that she was selling the property with no heads up i would never move, I am really bummed that I wasn't able to find a suitable new place from Haven, I feel bad for my new rental agency im leasing from has some serious big shoes to fill! If you are a property owner looking for a management company and you want to get renters who will stay for happliy for years, Haven is the only choice for you, they do 6 month inspections and as a renter i like that because they make sure that everythings working right and ask if there is anything that seemed like it might have needed to be fixed or replaced and they really are looking out for both parties best interests!

Been with Haven for a few months as an owner. We've dealt with fence issues, tenant issues, moving date issues, all while I was traveling abroad. They were EXTREMELY communicative, flexible and timely. No doubt one of the best setup local companies and would absolutely recommend them over a national chain. Ask for Tyler!

I cannot say enough positive things about Tyler and the rest of the team at Haven Property Management. Tyler worked relentlessly to respond to our emails, questions and provided spectacular customer service. Despite having a slightly lower credit score, Tyler was transparent, professional and extremely helpful in trying to get us into the condo of our dreams. He worked with us and the property owner to get us into this amazing condo at a very reasonable price. During the walkthrough he noticed the dishwasher and oven were a bit dirty- the dishwasher is being replaced and we are being credited for the oven cleaning! We could not be more excited to move in. I'm posting this review on behalf of my mother: Tyler at Haven has been a miracle worker. We have been with Haven for a few years after a few miserable years with Windermere property management with ZERO communication and if we did it was always after the fact. Our last property managers at Haven were also great to work with however they didn't have all of the issues to help me through like Tyler has in the last 6 months. My renter of 7 years decided to move and Tyler met with me multiple times to help me with contractors and getting it ready for the new renters. That was quite the process but he was there step my step with great communication and contacts. 1 week before putting it on the market my water heater burst and the entire downstairs had to be remodeled once again and we had to start from scratch. It was exhausting especially because I'm a senior. However Tyler was calm and patient with me during the entire process. We finally got it rented (immediately after the work was completed) and I just wanted to say thank you to Tyler and Haven I couldn't have done it with you.

I have worked with Haven Property Management for two years, first with Armando, and then with Tyler who took care of our rental house in Kent. Both were highly professional and responsive. After the previous tenants moved out, Tyler sent me a video of the entire property which helped us decide what work needed to be done to get the house back in shape. Tyler hired people to haul away the leftover stuff, and cleaning crew and yard workers as needed, and we had it rented after one month. I recommend Tyler highly for his work as a property manager.
